This book purse is made from one of my childhood favorites, Louisa May Alcott's "Little Women." The light pink cover is embossed with a burgundy drawing of the March women, and the interior is fully lined with a rich deep pink and burgundy rose print. Right now, the pictured purse is available and ready to ship, but I have multiple copies of the book if you would like a different fabric. Custom orders will be 2-3 weeks from the time of order.
The handles are made with burgundy wooden beads on a gold metal frame, and the purse closes with a gold metal button and grosgrain ribbon loop. When not in use, the handles may be folded inside the purse and you can store it on a bookcase just like a real book.
There is a narrow pocket inside perfect for a slim phone or wallet, and the spine is reinforced for durability.
The dimensions are approximately 9.25" long, 2" wide, 6" tall, and the handles are 6" wide by 4" tall.
